The training programmes involved teaching 25 students in traditional leather-working techniques, incorporating cultural elements and guiding them in the creation of four finished leather products. The project required the development of product concepts, cultural research, a comprehensive training manual, and a detailed plan outlining tool and material requirements, along with a structured training schedule to ensure all objectives were met.

The training programme demanded a high level of organisation, cultural sensitivity, and professional delivery.
